Recognized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in 2014, we were featured in a case study highlighting our efforts to support cancer patients in continuing their employment while undergoing treatment. Though we are a small team and do not have a formal written policy, we revised our work structure to support an employee diagnosed with cancer, demonstrating our flexibility and compassion in challenging times.

Occupational Safety and Health

In compliance with the Industrial Safety and Health Act, we have established a Safety and Health Committee. This committee, with participation from all departments and oversight by an industrial physician, regularly reviews working conditions, identifies risks, and implements continuous improvements. It also monitors employee health checkups and wellbeing, ensuring our workplace promotes long-term employee health and safety.

Supporting Work-Life Balance and Next-Generation Goals

Under the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation, we have launched a five-year action plan (20242029) to enhance work-life balance for all employees, particularly those raising children. Key initiatives include:
